To celebrate the Rugby World Cup final, children in Chestnut and Willow class held their own tag rugby competition. Plaing  for their chosen country, the competition was fierce. Uruguay were the overall winners with Argentina and USA finishing in second and third.

Well done to our boys and girls cross country teams who both finished in third place in the Ribble Valley Schools championships.

Year 5 pupil, Charlie Birtwistle had an exciting start to the new school year when he started the Tour of Britain Stage 2 after winning a competition to design the start podium flag.
